Who this is for
Anyone planning a trip to or from Doha. This guide does not list airlines or routes: schedules change often, so it points you to the airport's own directory and flight-status pages instead.
Before you start
- Your airline name, flight number and date.
- Your booking reference, for baggage tracking or changes.
Steps
-
Find the airline in the airport's directory
The airport publishes an Airline Partners directory (about five pages, in alphabetical order). For each airline it shows the IATA and ICAO codes, a telephone number and the airline's website. It does not show terminals.
-
Check live arrivals and departures
Use the airport's flight-status pages for departures and arrivals today, before you leave for the airport or to pick someone up.
-
Track delayed or lost baggage
The airport links to a baggage tracker on the Qatar Airways site. Use it, or contact your airline, if your bag is delayed or missing.
-
Contact your airline directly
Changes, refunds and compensation are handled by the airline, not the airport. Use the number or website shown in the airport's directory, or the airline's own app.

Airline directoryGood to know
- Airline phone numbers in the directory are often overseas numbers; check the airline's website for a local option.
- Check-in, security and passport control for departures are explained step by step in the departing-Doha guide.
